Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure home accents and fragile pieces are not damaged during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
